Privacy Policy

When you submit a booking or rental request form, we collect the details you provide: your name, nationality, and contact details (such as email address and phone or messaging contact), together with information about the tour or rental you are requesting.

Passport details and signatures are collected only at the booking confirmation stage, where they are needed to arrange your tour (for example for accommodation registration or rental agreements). They are not requested in the initial enquiry forms.

Our booking and request forms are provided and processed by JotForm, a third-party form service. Information you enter in a form is transmitted to and stored by JotForm on our behalf, subject to JotForm's own privacy policy, before being delivered to us.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about your request.
• Plan, confirm, and deliver your tour or bike rental.
• Arrange logistics such as bike delivery, guides, and accommodation.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We do not currently collect payment details through this website. Payment arrangements are agreed with you directly during the booking process.

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Any cookies you may encounter come from essential site functionality or from embedded third-party content such as YouTube videos (see below).

Some pages embed videos hosted on YouTube. When you view or play an embedded video, YouTube (Google) may collect information about your visit and set its own cookies, subject to Google's privacy policy. If you do not interact with the videos, this data collection is limited.

We keep booking information for as long as it is needed to deliver your tour or rental and to handle any follow-up. If you would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask what we hold, emailjojo@cyclequestchina.comand we will respond to your request.
